Function

 

The double-level oven for final dough fermentation is intended for dough half-finished products fermentation supplied from  two dough preparation lines, and being so, the lines are located on different levels (floors). The oven allows outputting various types of products by using one oven.

The oven consists of two parts: upper one for preparation and loading of dough half-finished products, and lower one for loading the dough half-finished products.

Oven heating and wetting, as well as control, adjustment of humidity and temperature in the cabinet as per agreement with the customer.
