The dosing machine for liquid components of continuous action is intended for dosing the liquid components by volume by means of the portion and continuous method.
This is used for output of bakery products during production of leaven and dough.
Made of five execution options with various dosing volumes from 0.1 to 3.5 l/min with possible dosing of fermentations by 20 l/min.
There are sections with hot water heating for fat dosing.
The dosed components depending on technological requirements are: water, fat, leaven, solutions of salt, sugar, yeast, etc.
